Drifting

Driving home yesterday, I was struck by the soft little blanket of cloud hanging lightly over the hillside. I took about a dozen shots (holding up traffic on route 361) trying to capture the lovely sight. This one comes close - but maybe this one is better?

They are both awesome...nice you were able to catch the fog/haze/cloud with the colors of the trees in the back ground......

I love to shoot misty shots, but like you noticed. The camera just doesn't have the same eye as we do. I find myself shooting dozens of shots and sometimes throwing them all away.
