Hurricane's aftermath
Ernesto was barely a hurricane at all, and by the time it got all the way up here it was just a "tropical depression" but its winds still did some damage - the road was closed so we had to take 20 minute detour. I hope nobody was hurt!

This is why we native Floridians can't understand the people who move to Florida not taking the whole mess seriously. Hope all is okay with you up there.
Ernesto hit South Carolina as well however we are several hours inland so there was little effect. I noticed the hurricane forecasters have lowered their predicted number of Atlantic hurricanes this year to 5.
