I just came back from a workshop taught by two guys from Cape Cod, and they referred a few times to New England colors. I've never been east of Au Clair, Wisconsin, so I'm looking to your blog to get some visuals for what they were talking about - I'd imagine this would definitely be one.
(OK, your work verification is telling me something: it's IQ Few!)
For 3 days, I've been coming back to see this, it is so beautiful (but not an "Awesome! Nice pic!!" kind of job!).What a panorama to get you inthe mood for work, lucky you! But the speed limit left me wordless. I couldn't see the point at all & wouldn't have thought I keep the car down to such a tortoise pace on a road like that. Until I read Lachezar's comment and of course it made sense then.
Hi Jenny, I positilively love this pic... It remembers me when I used to live in Montreal and we would spend the autumn(or summer) week-ends in new england. I love this pic. All what I dream of : a car, a winding road and this so beautiful country... sigh! ;)
I used to live right around that bend, you took a pisture of the back yard(Idaian lake, white swans), I miss those rolling mountains of colors, you capute these colors wonderful

Nice to see that you're getting some color in the hills! So far, NYC is still completely green.
Just a french word: magnifique!
Wonderful sight. Thanks !
I miss New England autumns. That is a beautiful photo.
Colourful! It’s like artist’s pallet!
Very nice shot, Sharon.
such nice autumn colours. we only have eternal summer ....
wow, wow, wow, breathtaking.
Is good that there is a speed limit. Driving and looking at the scenery can be quite dangerous. Awesom shot. Awesom colours.
I get so frustrated in New Zealand. Kiwi drivers don't have patience for somebody enjoying the view...
