Colorful Vehicle #2

This could be a recurring theme - interesting vehicles around town. I'd never seen this before - it was at the gas pump this morning when I went to fill up. I'll wager that when Eric goes to refill his scooter, or Pierre his Gondola, they never run into something like this!
