I've come back to this tree on several occasions. Now the pond is frozen so the reflection is hazy. But the evening light is as beautiful as ever.

Hey! Last night, I honestly believed I'd made it in before Olivier. But I was only beaten on a technicality, wasn't I?
Today is different. i was forced to make the leap into Beta, honestly it had just got worse & worse. It seems to be working fine so far. And today, you have gone back to nature. A very sad view. But here's the good news. Only 7 days left until the corner of the seasons is turned again. We start to go up once more. So it won't be long before the tree is wearing its finest greenery again!
