Looming

I hope Sharon always stays as rural as it is now. By the way, I've noticed that many, if not most, silos are blue - anyone know why?

I sure hope northwestern Connecticut and western Mass. stay rural. I'd think that the company that supplies the silos has a monopoly, hence the common blue.

Either that, or for some reason the blue hue lends itself better to rust prevention. Besides, it shows up better against the trees and the winter grass.

Cool image. Reminds me of Pennsylvania where I grew up.

The trees look sinister.

The blue silos are usually Harvestore. That's a brand of silo that helps control the environment inside the silo for making the best silage. They're sealed to prevent air to enter and have a valve that lets in air
