Meanwhile, back indoors...


For those of us not hardy enough to exercise in 10-degree cold, there's always the track. It's 11 laps to the mile, so you feel a bit like a gerbil in a cage, but it's a good workout nonetheless. Since I'm training for a triathlon, I need to run a few times a week - the rest of the time I swim and spin. I have four months to prepare for the race, which is in early June - wish me luck!

c'est une bonne idee, car avec -10 dehors cela ne doit pas etre evident.
Tu es bien courageuse, car le triathlon c'est tres dur. j'espere que l'on va suivre l'evolution de ton entrainement pour que l'on soit tes supporteurs lointains

it is a good idea, because with -10 outside that should not be obvious. You are quite courageous, because the triathlon it is very hard. I hope that one will follow the evolution of your drive so that one is your remote supporteurs

Good luck, indeed! (I hope the people on this track switch directions once in a while. Running the same way like this could get you injured.)
