Snow on the Oaks
As part of my tour around some favorite spots, to see how they were transformed by the snow, I paid a visit to the Twin Oaks. The snow delineated every branch. And yes, the sky really was this blue!
One picture a day of this rural, old New England town.

Wow, Jenny! That's really beautiful! Oaks are one of my very favourites, they seem a strong tree, love its silhouette and the blue sky! :)
Great composition - would make a super painting...
Oh, I love that! The blue sky and the tree against it: whenever I see something like that, it always looks sort of two-dimensional, as if the sky were a flat surface, a child's drawing of a sky in crayon.
MAGNIFIQUE, cette arbre, cette ombre sur cette neige virginale. composition, lumiere fantastisque, un petit poster
SPLENDID, this tree, this shade on this virginal snow. composition, fantastisque light, a small poster
What a coincidence! I also picked a tree for todays picture. Love the snow on the branches!
By the way, it looks really cold over there.

OMG! What I love most is the very blue sky! Amazing!
I was here this morning and someone came and I couldn't comment. But I remember I had seen a lovely tree somewhere. I like the composition here, and the mighty branches of this oak.
Yes, it is a great photo, but I prefer the sun and surf in Mazatlan. Come visit my new blog!!
Superb!!!!!!!!
Very nice; the mighty oak.
These last couple of photos have been just spectacular. Winter in Sharon is beautiful!
Perfect shot! One of the nicest I've seen today.

This is very clean and fine image.
I like it very much.
That is a startlingly wonderful photo.
isn't it just wonderful.
I love the crisp feel to this shot.
MAGIC, ABSOLUTELY MAGIC!
This is a GREAT shot!
Great picture - what an astounding blue.
I'd pay money for a calendar with a shot of the twin oaks for each month. I really enjoy your photos of this, and in any season it seems magical.
