I'm not familiar with troffula trees, but I do like how the green trees stand out among the other trees in the photo. Great contrast!
Somebody has done a lot of heavy pruning to make them look this way.
Stunning picture. Nice form and contrast. But I have to say this is just one of the way too many examples of the very weird over board compulsion to control nature. I recently spent several weeks along the east coast of Florida, and like these trees, everywhere I looked people were molding their version of perfect nature and in my opinion their expensive efforts were not even coming close to the natural beauty they were displacing. Every time I drive by these trees I feel uncomfortable, even embarrassed, about human impact and human needs to order nature. And to think, in all directions from that place, there are spectacular vistas of nature's unadorned beauty.
Very different! Interesting to look at.
